This is a maximum estimate based on the line items written above. The cost may be less or more than estimated, depending on what is contained in your tapes or media to be newly reformatted when the maximum cost might be, but if the actual cost appears to exceed the estimate, we will let you know before that happens. Once if the actual cost is less than the estimate, we’ll keep that secret for a new customer when you pick up your order.
